Mexican spells, with Madeline Joyrelph
We adore the wanderlust which Madeline creates, we invite her back to share a recent trip to spellbinding Mexico
After working hard on a photoshoot, we managed to sneak some extra time to explore Mexico properly. Over the following days we travelled to as many parts of Mexico as we could, and it was absolutely magical!
Meeting a couple of natural locals.
Mexican palm trees were a dream to wake up to.
When old meets modern. A wall that could tell a thousand stories framing the fresh pool.
Stopped over in Campeche and visited the beautiful Hacienda Uayamon built in the 1700’s. Its stylish, colonial Mayan architecture is still going strong.
Just north of Mexico City we stumbled across the region of Queretaro. Streets that look like they have come straight out of a movie, we found ourselves lost wandering.
The garden of eden of Mexico tucked away up in the mountains. I was blown away by the natural waterfalls. Built around the 1950s nothing quite compares.
This was our second time to Mexico and it definitely won’t be the last. Such a good base to go visit the cenotes, ruins and beautiful beaches.
We stayed at the Azulik Eco Resort in Tulum.
Tulum is situated on the Caribbean Coast of Mexico, just 128 km south of the popular beach resort and airport of Cancún.
